Requirements
- Perfect German knowledge written and spoken (C2)
- Good English skills (B2)
- Communication talent & customer-oriented working method
- Interest in sports - sports fans have a plus!
- Experience in customer service is an advantage, but not a must
- Basic knowledge of a PC (MS Office, etc.) and good typing skills
- Team spirit, organizational talent, and a positive attitude
- Completed secondary education
