Occupational Therapist-PRN

Concept Rehab is seeking a committed Occupational Therapist to provide competent, courteous, and respectful evaluation, treatment, and supervision of patients for mobility, cognition, function, and strength challenges in a supportive environment. The OT will work with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to maintain a competitive advantage and professional development opportunities. They are responsible for all aspects of clinical care and reports to a Therapy Program Manager.

Requirements

• Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours of physician’s orders.
• Develop effective treatment plans.
• Treat patients according to the treatment plan of care.
• Communicate with physicians, clinical managers, and other health team members regarding patient progress.
• Participate in in-service training programs for other staff.
• Achieve or exceed the minimum productivity standard established by CRI.
