Job Description
Concept Rehab is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapy Assistant to treat patients with various mobility, cognition, and functional difficulties. The OTA will work under the supervision of a Licensed OT, conducting clinical and in-service training, maintaining accurate records, and participating in interdisciplinary team meetings. They aim to achieve a competitive advantage and maintain excellent professional standards.
Requirements
- Treat patients according to treatment plan
- Communicate with OT, patient, and staff
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
- Record treatment notes, progress notes and assist with billing
- Instruct patient's families and nursing staff in maintenance programs
- Recommend needed equipment to the OT
- Report problems with department equipment
