Physical Therapist Assistant-PRN

Concept Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a temporary, in-person position. The role involves competent patient evaluation and treatment, team collaboration, and maintaining professional documentation. The position focuses on developing program growth and maintaining a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Develop effective treatment plans.
• Treat patients according to the treatment plan of care.
• Communicate with physicians, clinical managers, and other health team members.
• Achieve or exceed the minimum productivity standard.
• Record treatment notes, progress notes, and provide objective input for discharge summaries.
• Participate in in-service training programs.
• Report any problems with department equipment.
• Act as a clinical supervisor.
• Maintain Confidentiality
