Job Description
Concept Rehab is seeking a Physically Therapist (PRN) to provide competent, courteous, and respectful evaluation and treatment of patients in a supportive environment. The role involves collaborating with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient care and maintain professional documentation. The company offers career development opportunities through continuing education and training. RI's PTs are expected to promote competent and professional service to patients.
Requirements
- Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services
- Develop effective treatment plans
- Treat patients according to the treatment plan
- Supervise the Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant
- Communicate with physicians and staff
- Participate in in-service training programs
- Record treatment notes, progress notes, and complete billing
- Recommend needed equipment
- Report issues with equipment
