Job Description
Concept Rehab is seeking a Speech/Language Pathologist to provide competent care for patients with communication, problem-solving, cognitive processing, and swallowing difficulties. The position involves evaluation, treatment, supervision, and collaboration with various healthcare professionals and families. Requirements
- Evaluate patients within 24-48 hours of physician's orders.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Communicate with physicians, clinical managers, and other healthcare team members.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and billing.
