Requirements
- 5+ years in roles such as Project/Program Manager, Head of Projects, Head of Operations, Delivery Manager within IT outsourcing / E-commerce / FMCG businesses
- Proven experience working in large international companies in an English-speaking environment
- Strong experience in team and vendor management
- Systems building expertise: setting up processes from scratch, implementing IT solutions, and creating teams
- Advanced negotiation skills with vendors
- Fluent English (B2+ level)
