Case Manager-Jail Continuity of Care

MHMR Concho Valley is seeking a Case Manager to work with individuals in the Tom Green County Jail, providing referrals to mental health and substance use disorder services, and supporting other crisis programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a social, behavioral, or human service field
• Valid Texas driver's license
• 3 years or less of moving violations
• Experience in mental health and/or criminal justice
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
