A Customer Service representative is responsible for answering incoming calls, providing information or a resolution to customer inquiries, and completing paperwork or documentation as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of loan calculations, 10 Key, Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to read and interpret documents
• Fluency in English and Spanish
