The Radiologic Technology Program Director leads and elevates the program, ensuring robust academics, accreditations, training, and successful student outcomes. This role combines operational leadership, curriculum innovation, faculty mentorship, and community partnerships. The Program Director is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and upholding policies to maintain a high-performing department.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification or registration credential
- Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology
- Masters Degree in any subject
- Minimum of four (4) years experience in Radiologic Technology
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an instructor in a JRCERT accredited program
- Minimum of one (1) year leadership / management experience
- Proficient in curriculum design, program administration, evaluation, instruction, and counseling
- Proficient in assessing instructors’ competence and effectiveness
- Proficient in managing complex tasks and projects
- Ability to communicate, think, learn, and reason
- Ability to use computers and computer systems
- Ability to use fine motor skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
