Job Description
Conduktor is seeking a strategic Head of Digital Marketing to lead the global demand generation engine. The role involves creating and executing high-impact marketing programs to generate pipeline, align on initiatives, and drive revenue growth, focusing on inbound and outbound efforts. This is a hybrid position reporting to the CEO within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B demand generation experience
- Proven track record of building scalable pipeline-generation programs across digital, field, and partner channels
- Strong analytical mindset
- Experience building alignment with Sales and influencing cross-functional partners
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Experience with PLG or hybrid go-to-market models (nice to have)
- Understanding of the buyer journey for data infrastructure or AI tooling (nice to have)
