We are looking for a flexible part-time job as a personal assistant to support our managing director in administrative and organizational tasks. You will work independently, take responsibility, and utilize your organizational talents.
Requirements
- Some experience in assistance or administration
- High degree of organizational talent, independence, and reliability
- Confident in the use of the PC and familiar with common office applications
- Fluent German language skills
- Ability to work structured, discreetly, and solution-oriented
- Good communication skills, both in writing and in person
