Job Description
Mechanical Engineer responsible for overseeing safe and reliable operations and maintenance of Terminal assets from a mechanical discipline perspective. Provides technical/maintenance support and solutions to terminal operation Teams.
Requirements
- Provide technical/maintenance support and solutions to the terminal operation Teams
- Lead the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, commissioning and replacement of mechanical static equipment and piping systems
- Manage and ensure list of statutory equipment are timely serviced and inspected
- Perform root cause analysis on equipment failure and provide recommendations to resolve technical issues
- Manage and maintain historical information on static and rotating equipment
- Lead technical discussions, execute and manage project schedules and cost
- Liaise with external stakeholder including government agencies on approval and risk of shutdown of mechanical system
- Participate in RCA, RBI, HAZID, HAZOP, Model Review studies for mechanical packages
- Participate in emergency response and may be assigned to a specific role and responsibility
