Job Description
Connecteam is seeking a Mid Market Customer Success Onboarding Manager to manage the onboarding experience for mid-market clients. This role involves system characterization, technical setup, and training to drive product adoption and ensure long-term value. The Onboarding Manager will act as a trusted advisor, identify risks, and advocate for customer needs within the Connecteam ecosystem.
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or project management
- Experience working with mid-market or enterprise clients
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with integrations and technical product setup
- Exceptional communication, training, and presentation skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive
