Job Description
Connecteam is a TLV-based startup focused on helping deskless employees thrive by revolutionizing team management through their TLV-based platform. They are seeking a highly motivated Acquisition Search Team Lead to manage all search acquisition efforts, analyze performance, and lead a team. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- At least 3 years hands-on experience managing Google search campaigns
- Experience managing team
- Experience with other acquisition channels
- Bachelor’s degree in science, economics, engineering, marketing, business, or related field
- Fluent English verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
