Library & Information Technology Assistant

The Library & Information Technology Assistant position is a part-time role responsible for supporting students, faculty, and staff in open labs, classrooms, and libraries. The successful candidate will provide technical support, oversee computer equipment, and assist with library operations. This is a student-facing position that requires a high degree of courtesy, cooperation, and interest in assisting others.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience troubleshooting basic level tech questions
• Experience troubleshooting printer problems
• Experience with library search tools
• Ability to work with diverse faculty, staff, and students
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong Information technology literacy skills
