Part-time Lecturer-Business & Hospitality

The CT State Community College is seeking part-time lecturers for business and hospitality courses. The successful candidate will teach classes on-ground and/or online, develop course materials, and participate in departmental responsibilities. The position is on continuous recruitment, and candidates will be contacted as needed.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in subject matter
• JD or Law degree for Business Law position
• Proven ability to work with diverse faculty, staff, and students
• Experience with interactive pedagogical teaching techniques
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong IT literacy skills

Benefits

• Starting salary of $2,112 per contact/credit hour ($6,336 for a 3-credit course)
• Opportunity to teach up to 8 credits per semester
