Reference Librarian

The Reference Librarian's main function encompasses a broad-spectrum including reference services via in-person, phone, and online chat; collection development; assisting in interlibrary loan; circulation management; troubleshooting basic IT questions; and individualized instruction with library resources.

Requirements

• Master's degree in in Library Science with one (1) or more years of relevant experience working in a Library.
• Knowledge of library services, ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills along with strong Information technology literacy skills such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc.)
