Alabama Connections Academy is seeking a Full-time Administrative Assistant to work in the office in Athens, Alabama. The successful candidate will be responsible for records keeping, daily administrative tasks, and assisting the Principal and teachers with various duties.

Requirements

• High Level Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and web-based applications
• Data analysis experience
• Experience with uploading of documents between multiple information platforms
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
