They are seeking a full-time Charge Nurse to oversee the operation of the unit, ensuring patient safety and compliance with standards. This role focuses on stabilizing individuals in crisis and connecting them to community-based resources.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program
- At least 3-5 years of psychiatric, behavioral health, or relevant experience
- At least 1-2 years of managerial experience
- Unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse through the Washington State Board of Nursing or hold a multistate licensure privilege
- American Heart Association BLS
- Must be able to perform Safe Clinch patient restraint techniques
