Job Description
This role involves providing overall direction and integration for a specific ERP module within a business area. The position requires understanding the business strategy and working with the team to define requirements. It also includes driving business process design, monitoring key initiatives, and influencing business leadership decisions. The ideal candidate will be a credible representative of the business function and have ownership and acceptance of changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of IT and business experience
- Experience managing teams (systems implementation/infrastructure support)
- Understanding of business function/process.
- Ability to influence business leadership and make technical decisions.
- High level of integration driven by ERP
- Degree of integration achieved through consensus decision making.
