We're looking for a detail-driven Office & HR Administrator to support our People function across the full employee lifecycle. The role will support across the Group, play a key role in HR operations, benefits administration, payroll updates, recruitment coordination, and day-to-day HR system (HRIS) management. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while delivering a great employee and candidate experience.
Requirements
- Experience in an office administrator
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Clear, professional communication and a service-oriented approach
- Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information
- Proficiency with HR systems, ATS/job boards, and Microsoft 365/Google Workspace
