Job Description
ConnectWise is seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join its x360Sync team. This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of their secure file sync and share solutions, championing software quality through meticulous testing and contributing to improvements in testing frameworks. Requirements
- Work on the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Conduct thorough testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance tests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Document detailed test outcomes, log defects, and work closely with developers to facilitate issue resolution.
- Manage test environment and test data preparation, ensuring accurate and effective testing scenarios.
- Participate in continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, proven experience as a QA Engineer, good understanding of software testing methodologies, strong communication skills and collaboration skills.
