Job Description
ConnectWise is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer I to ensure the availability, performance, and scalability of their systems and applications. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining robust infrastructure and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Engineering teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently on projects and processes with general supervision
- Practical knowledge of applicable work area
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security practices
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like AWS Fargate, Docker or similar
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on reliability, performance, and scalability
