The role involves assisting with practice execution, providing instruction, promoting team culture, and mentoring athletes. Requirements

• Strong background in lacrosse, with prior coaching or playing experience preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of lacrosse techniques, rules, and strategies.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor high school athletes.
• Effective communication skills and a positive team environment.
• Commitment to personal character development and academic success.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
