Requirements
- Maintain plant facility and equipment in a fully-functioning and safe manner.
- Develop and adhere to a comprehensive preventive maintenance program.
- Operate, test, troubleshoot, and maintain automated lines, systems, and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair faulty or inoperative components.
- Improve system performance and reliability.
- Coordinate and schedule forklift maintenance.
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices.
- Demonstrate strong self-motivation and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Exhibit accountability and integrity.
- Be available for on-call duties.
