Linen & Laundry Supervisor

Conrad Athens The Ilisian, a luxury hotel in Athens, is seeking a Linen & Laundry Supervisor to support the Housekeeping Department. The role involves ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and quality for hotel linens and laundry items, managing inventory, and training staff. The supervisor will collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient room turnovers and maintain a safe and organized environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end laundry service.
• Strong understanding of linen and laundry operations.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Ability to lead a team and train staff in linen and laundry procedures.
