Head of Product @ Employee Ownership Startup

As Head of Product, you'll shape their product DNA, lead the evolution of a successful services company into a product-led organization, and build a product and engineering team from scratch.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product leadership experience at seed-stage or Series A companies
• Managed engineers, understand code, and can weigh build-versus-buy technology choices
• Deep experimentation experience
• Human-centered approach, comfortable communicating in any setting
• Led or been part of a services-to-product transformation
• B2B SaaS or marketplace experience, fintech or financial-services familiarity
