- Process accounts payable (AP) invoices and payments.
- Set up and maintain project budgets.
- Prepare and submit owner billing packages.
- Process intercompany invoices and payments.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly cost reports and financial closings.
- Ensure project accounting complies with internal policies and accounting standards.
- Maintain regular communication with vendors and clients.
- Organize and manage project-related financial documentation.
