Estimator

This is an Estimating position for a complex-scale job involving conceptual estimates, negotiations, budget management, systems studies, and subcontractor relations. The role requires building relationships, analyzing documents, and managing the entire estimating process. Candidate should be proficient in estimating software, Excel and have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Engineering or Construction Management
• 3+ years experience in estimating field
• 8+ years of experience in construction
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Proficiency in specialized estimating software
• Understanding of market conditions on pricing
