Senior Estimator

This full-time position involves leading estimating efforts on complex projects, including conceptual estimates, bids, budgets, and value engineering. The role requires building client relationships, analyzing documentation, preparing cost breakdowns, and coordinating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Engineering or Construction Management with a minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Understanding of the influence of market conditions on pricing.
