Superintendent

The Superintendent will provide overall administrative and technical management of construction activities on site. This role involves managing all on-site labor, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring safety programs, quality management, and overall schedule coordination. Responsibilities include administering project safety, developing and implementing safety plans, and managing budget and schedule.

Requirements

• Administer project safety program to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Develop and implement a site-specific safety plan.
• Verify subcontractors' insurance and valid permits.
• Understand and apply contract drawings and submittals.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Manage project budget and schedule.
• Supervise construction effort.
• Complete on-site material verification.
