M&A/Global Employment Attorney

Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio Company, is seeking an experienced M&A / Global Employment Attorney for a long-term, fully remote engagement.

Requirements

• Approximately 5+ years of employment law experience at a top law firm and/or multinational in-house department.
• Strong M&A experience is essential; exposure to AI-related employment or data privacy issues is a plus.
• Demonstrated global mindset and experience working across multiple jurisdictions.
• Exceptional judgment, strong work ethic, and excellent project-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage competing priorities and drive matters to completion.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders across geographies.
