Job Description
Murphy Machine Products is seeking a CNC Swiss Setup Technician for our Wood Dale, IL location. The CNC Swiss Setup Technician plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and accurate production of precision parts.
Requirements
- Setup CNC Swiss following SMED processes
- Troubleshoot machine and program issues
- Update work instructions to current tooling
- Produce and measure parts per blueprint following Quality Plans
- Ensure a safe work environment is maintained, appropriate safety systems/processes are utilized, and ensure compliance with all OSHA and other state/federal safety and environmental related rules and regulations
