Job Description
As a transportation PD&E manager, you’ll lead the delivery community transportation improvement projects from planning, conceptual design through preliminary, and final design phases to construction. You’ll lead a planning team to deliver complex PD&E projects.
Requirements
- Lead and manage mid- to large-size transportation projects, overseeing all aspects of project lifecycle
- Develop and present complex technical solutions to clients, demonstrating innovative problem-solving abilities
- Prepare scope, schedule, and budgets for PD&E projects
- Oversee the planning to design for roadway, highway, and traffic engineering projects
- Assist in business development and proposal efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes
