Product Manager

Product Manager role at ConstructConnect, responsible for product strategy, definition, planning, and delivery. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality products are released on time and meeting business goals.

Requirements

• Embrace the agile product development process
• Actively participate in design thinking exercises
• Leverage Voice of the Customer and Voice of the Organization
• Articulate new feature definition and develop achievable product roadmap
• Break down high-level product requirements and collaborate with product leaders
• Manage feature development and enhancements from concept to tactical execution
• Define the product release roadmap and communicate regularly to stakeholders
• Collaborate with scrum master, agile teams, and other key project stakeholders
• Work with UX, Product Strategy managers to document key customer value and communicate to GTM teams
• Participate in evangelizing product's new features internally and externally
