Planner & Scheduler - Transit

Graham is recruiting a Planner & Scheduler to support the Infrastructure Division. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, preparing 3-week look-aheads, and creating advanced performance reports.

Requirements

• Develop master schedules for complex projects
• Manage updates and look-aheads
• Produce detailed reports and dashboards with earned value and variance analysis
• Identify schedule risks, lead mitigation planning, and support time extension claims
• Coordinate with clients, subtrades, and teams to align design, procurement, and construction timelines
• Monitor schedule impacts on budgets and cash flow, recommending corrective actions
