Quality Lead - Services

Graham is an employee-owned construction solutions partner seeking a Quality Lead to provide technical support to senior project staff and conduct quality inspections. The role involves implementing and maintaining the company's Quality Management system, ensuring quality control, and mentoring site QC field inspectors.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in a quality role within a maintenance, construction environment in the oil/gas and petrochemical industry
• 3 to 5 years of quality supervisory experience
• Significant management experience and exposure to QC delivery
• Experience with Pressure Equipment and Pressure Piping repair, alterations, and construction scopes
• High degree of proficiency in MS Office applications
• Familiarity with SAP, Primavera, SharePoint, and QMS databases
• Certified Welding Inspector Level II or III (CWB) or AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)
• API 510, API 570 certification is an asset
• Engineering/technical training is an asset
