We are looking for a Site Administrator to provide administrative support to a transmission and distribution project at the Highland Valley Copper Mine Life Extension (HVC MLE) site. The Site Administrator will help with day-to-day tasks, streamline efficiencies, and ensure project deliverables are completed in a timely manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Good typing, filing, and general reception skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks well
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong awareness of health and safety standards
- Strong written, verbal, and communication skills
- Ability to create presentations for the site team
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, meeting room set up and technology, PowerPoint, and basic IT troubleshooting
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and ability to travel to site for duration of the Project
