Job Description
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our rapidly growing team in EMEA. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring customers are live with our product and thrilled with the results, understanding customer needs and prioritizing requests, and effectively communicating with engineering teams to resolve issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in customer success, technical account management, or solutions consulting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of APIs and ability to interact with them
- Ability to quickly understand different roles in an organization and craft clear narratives
- Ability to convince and motivate others to do what's right
