Job Description
The Credit Analyst will conduct analysis of commercial loans and/or loan relationships, determining the borrower's ability to repay obligations and recommend possible loan structure to minimize risk.
Requirements
- Business related degree or equivalent/significant loan and/or audit experience
- Minimum of 2 years lending or analysis experience
- SBA or Ag experience a plus
- Demonstrated experience with business and technical analysis
- Intermediate knowledge of Sageworks (or similar software) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and act on it
- Proven analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work logically and efficiently with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
- Established customer service skills
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
