Job Description
Contabo is seeking a full-time, permanent Senior Analytics Engineer to build the bridge between data and business, creating valuable insights for stakeholders. The role involves data management, transformation, and analysis, leading to data-driven decision-making. The engineer will own key components of the BI interface and drive automation within the company's data ecosystem.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in BI Engineering, Data Analytics, or as an Analytics Engineer
- Strong SQL skills and experience in data modeling, transformation, and optimization
- Solid expertise with the BI stack (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, BigQuery, Looker, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience balancing technical work with business-facing tasks
- High sense of ownership, assertiveness, and ability to drive initiatives
- Excellent written and spoken English
