Job Description
CGS is seeking a Financial Litigation Unit Paralegal to support the enforcement of criminal and civil debt collection for the U.S. government. The role involves conducting financial investigations, preparing legal documents, analyzing financial records, and assisting in building legally sound cases. Requirements
- Examine and evaluates information in case files
- Determine the need for additional information, independent surveys, evidence, and witnesses
- Review economic trends and forecasts
- Identify types of record keeping systems and types of records maintained
- Interview potential witnesses
- Develop statistics and tabulations
- Analyze data and develop recommendations
- May appear in court as a witness
