Job Description
CGS is seeking an IT Project Manager to assist with the design, development, and oversight of ongoing IT efforts for a large federal entity. The role involves participating in project design, developing plans, assessing resources, and implementing management plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile project management principles, experience as a team lead, and be comfortable acting as a primary liaison.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information systems or a related discipline.
- 5 years of experience in project management.
- 5 years of experience in managing IT related projects with leadership role in at least 3 successful projects.
- 5 years of experience in information system design and development.
- Knowledge in system integration using Application Program Interface (API) management technologies.
- 5 years of experience in managing an Agile scrum team.
- Experience working with public agency interfaces.
