Requirements

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Development, Public Administration, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in social development or community investments
• Experience in managing partnerships with government entities, NGOs, and private companies through competitive tendering processes
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
