Job Description
World Group is seeking a Fleet Manager to join our team in Kansas City. The Fleet Manager will provide leadership and supervision to our fleet of owner-operators, ensuring effective and efficient delivery performance and compliance with regulations.

- Monitor and ensure effective and efficient delivery performance
- Maximize efficiency and profitability of every delivery
- Develop lasting relationships with fleet of contractors
- Resolve customer/terminal/rail disputes involving contractors
