Requirements
- Previous experience in administration with strong organisational skills
- Experience handling confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with a customer-focused approach
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing documents and processes
- Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset
- Degree qualified or studying towards CIPD (desirable)
