Executive Assistant

Contentful is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Chief Revenue Officer and other senior leaders. The role will be hybrid, working in the San Francisco office and remotely.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of executive-level administrative support
• Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Strong business judgment and communication skills
• Emotional intelligence and resourcefulness
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
• High attention to detail, organization, and process
