Job Description
Contentful is seeking a Group Product Manager (f/m/d) to lead their Customer Experience Optimization teams and drive strategic initiatives around data-driven products. This role involves defining vision, executing strategies, collaborating across teams, and scaling AI capabilities to enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, a proven track record of product strategy, and a focus on ROI measurement.
Requirements
- Experience as a Group Product Manager or Principal PM in a B2B SaaS context
- Track record of setting product strategy, managing roadmaps, and delivering outcomes
- Proven track record building and scaling data platforms and API-first products
- Demonstrated ability to understand new technologies and work with Contentful's integrations
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
