Job Description
Contentful is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to lead initiatives that improve product development, tooling, and operations. The role involves optimizing workflows, scaling operations, implementing automation, analyzing metrics, managing risks, and communicating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for operational excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling operational processes in cross-functional product organizations.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Coupa tools and data/reporting platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to track operational KPIs.
- Systems-thinker with strong organizational skills and strategic mindset.
